Mishteh (pronounced Mishtay) is a Hebrew word meaning banquet or feast. We have started enjoying a Mishteh once a month at the church, usually on the second Sunday of the month. Each month will feature a pitch-in with a different host family and a different feel. It may be that everybody is told to bring a soup, or an ingredient for a taco bar, or maybe just a dessert. The theme is at the discretion of the host family. Due to space considerations, we are limiting the number of people each month to 40 and ask that you only sign up for one meal per quarter, unless there is space available the week before the event. There are sign up sheets on the women's ministry table with more details. If you are interested in hosting Mishteh or have any questions, see Cyndy.
