Pastor Frank is originally from southern California and came to Christ in 1990 at the age of 22. Soon after he began to discover his spiritual gifts and calling to serve Jesus and His church. Over time this led to God opening a door for him to begin serving in vocational Christian ministry. Over the last three decades Frank has served as an associate pastor in California and Colorado, a missionary church planting pastor in the European Union, and was called into the role of lead pastor here at Calvary Chapel North Lakes in the Spring of 2023.  

As an expository Bible teacher, he endeavors to present the truths of God’s word in understandable and applicable ways. Additionally, Frank is passionate about discipleship, mentoring and training others for ministry, and raising up the next generation of Kingdom workers.  

In 2002, Frank married Suzie, who has been serving by his side since and has ventured around the world with him in missionary service (mostly). Beyond serving in ministry the couple loves spending time together cooking, working out, playing games, hiking, visiting zoos, going to the seaside (or lakeside) and engaging in water sports like kayaking, swimming, and floating.
